Task Force Gryphon Welcomes
Captain John Billings
July 23rd, 2017
Operation Greenup considered one of the most successful and critical missions of the OSS during WWII. To place key agents behind Nazi lines required an aerial miracle. The drop zone was in Alps, a frozen lake at high altitude, battered by incredible cross winds, high terrain, darkness and deep behind enemy lines. One pilot accepted the mission, then Captain John Billings, flying a special mission B-24 Liberator. Accomplished bomber pilot turned special mission operator he was the critical bridge to start this mission. Now 93 and still flying medical support missions as a volunteer after a successful civilian career as an airline pilot – come meet this amazing man of TF Gryphon this Sunday, 23 July at 7 PM Eastern.
Each week Task Force Gryphon explores and discusses various topics including the paranormal, extraterrestrial, conspiracy, black-special-military operations & programs, Geo-political challenges at hand, and often the intersection of a topic in all these dimensions. The show it can and will go from serious to silly and everywhere in between in less than sixty seconds and return.
