Tonight Captain John and I will be attending The National Aeronautic Association 2017 Fall Awards Dinner in Arlington Virginia. Captain John is set to receive “The Distinguished Volunteer Pilot Award” Stay tuned for story and pictures to follow later in the week. What an Honor it is for me to follow this Amazing Man around ! I wish I was going with you. Arlington is where I went to high school, married and left for the service in January 1943. Returned in 1945, bought a home and my three children were born there. It was out to Falls Church in 1949 and 40 years with the airlines. Enjoy the dinner.
