This Wednesday, Sept 18th, Captain John and I will be departing home base Luray headed for Dallas Texas, where we will attend Johns Bomb Group Reunion (which may be the last on held). To know of this, a Decorated WWII B24 Bomber Pilot (that has never stopped flying), flying his own airplane to Texas at the age of 96, to attend his Bomb Group reunion… is nothing short of AMAZING! … but then, the man himself “Captain John Billings” is amazing! We will be making a fuel stop in Memphis.
