Lunch with Susan

Today we flew up to Martinsburg WVA and met, for the first time, our Airplane Insurance Broker Susan Zillinger from “The Hoxton Agency, Inc” in Shepherdstown WVA… Susan has been absolutely fantastic working with us for a new Insurance policy for 49Bravo! We flew her back with us to home base Luray and we all had lunch together in our hanger lounge… along with some great conversation. After our lunch, we loaded back up into 49Bravo and returned back to Martinsburg, where we gave our goodbyes… what a fantastic visit and flight we had together… it was so great to meet Susan in person!

In todays business world it is so hard to find personable service with most anything, but dealing with Susan and “The Hoxton Agency, Inc” has certainly been a very enjoyable experience from the very beginning. Thank you so much Susan, and to “The Hoxton Agency, Inc” for working out a policy that really suited our needs.

After saying our goodbyes, we departed Martinsburg and returned to home base where we enjoyed a nice cup of hanger coffee before heading out for the most dangerous part of our day… the drive home!

Our total flight time was 2.5 hours of which every minute was enjoyable… hope you enjoy the photos!

PS: Our plans for flying up to Martinsburg to get Susan was orchestrated on our way over the to airport (very last minute)… we were so glad that she was able to get away from her office in such short notice!

  1. You are both too kind. Thank you, John and Nevin. It was such a pleasure meeting and getting to know you both. What a wonderful adventure for which I am thankful beyond words. My treat next time you are in our area! Can’t wait to read John’s new book when it comes out….a true hero in our midst. Take care, stay safe and we look forward to meeting up again soon! Susan
