Flying Over Willow Run

It was an amazing feeling flying over Willow Run with Captain John where Henry Ford Mass Produced B24 Liberators during WWII and the astounding rate of one per hour ! This plant employed 40,000 people. There was a total of nearly 19,000 B24’s used during WWII of which nearly 8,000 was mass produced here at Willow Run !
