On November 29th we attended this amazing event in Arlington Virginia. There were many prestigious Awards given out, one being “The Distinguished Volunteer Pilot Award” which was presented to Captain John for the many Angel Flight Missions he has completed (414 to date and counting) !
We were surrounded by some of the elite in the field of aviation, including many members of our Armed Forces that have performed amazing task while in the line of duty protecting the Freedoms we enjoy each and every day in our Great Country….. The United States of America ! We were extremely proud and honored to attend such an event, but we really feel much more comfortable in the cockpit of 49Bravo flying Angel Flight Missions !
