Captain John receives the “Presidents Lifetime Achievement Award”

On Saturday, November 20th, in our hanger at Luray Caverns Airport, Captain John was presented the “Presidents Lifetime Achievement Award” for his dedicated volunteer service to Angel Flight Mid-Atlantic. Over the past many years, John has completed 462 Angel Flight Missions, transporting, at no cost, those in need to medical appointments, adults and children alike.

A little “Feet Off the Earth” time!

Captain John and I enjoyed some of our weekly “Feet Off the Earth” time yesterday (November 18th) flying around the Massanutten Mountain Range! Tomorrow, Angel Flight Mid-Atlantic will be presenting Captain John with the “Presidents Lifetime Volunteer Service Award” in our hanger to honor his dedicated service to Angel Flight… 462 total missions completed!
